How soon can I get a booking?
Due to the nature of our business, the turnaround time on our floor is FAST, thereby
frequently ensuring open slots. We should be able to assist you within TWO weeks tops
– making the damage on your vehicle something of the past in no time.
Some advice on insurance claims bookings:
If you filed a claim with your insurance, wait four to five working days for a response. If
you don’t get any, follow up with them (or get your broker to do this). Once Carty
Carvenience is authorised by your insurance to do the repairs, an authorisation letter
will be emailed to both yourself and us. Once we’ve received this letter, we’ll confirm
receipt of the email with you and the insurance. Our receptionist will then contact you (call or email) to confirm a
convenient booking date.
